Issue: well water pump kept shutting on and off. For reference my husband had installed a brand new pump. Pump brand was Everbilt would not recommend to anyone.Contacted Jones Wells and he was at myHome the next day - highly appreciated the quick response.He diagnosed the issue as a bad pump & we took the pump back to Home Depot got a new one NOT the same brand and not the same store. We went to an irrigation store which is what we should have done from the beginning but hey man you live and you learn.There was some confusion on the company installing a new gauge without asking for consent first. Which threw both my husband and I off. For this reason I took off 1 star. I would recommend in the future discussing prices , costs etc. prior to going ahead and doing any work. Times are hard and not everyone just has money laying around for diagnostic fees. From my understanding this company charges even just to look at the potential issue.However, I will say that I would use this company again and recommend them highly. They were flexible with payment , prompt & courteous.Thank you for confirming the issue in the end it did save us a pretty penny!

They can on time and repaired a broken water pipe in my yeard. The well pipe was old and an odd size, but they were able to cut out the damaged threads and replace the pipe. They also replaced my old water pump that had stopped working. The job was completed quickly and I am very happy with the service.

These guys are real pros. We had a leaking well pipe and they were quick to respond, professional, and efficient. They identified the issue right away and had it fixed in no time. Very happy we called them!

I've been able to count on Jones' service since 2016. He and his engineers are professional and will take photos to document before and after if you ask them. They've replaced pumps, heads, a timer and as a liaison solved shared well concerns with little effort on my part.My only complaint is that they do not help with disputes with lawncare companies though. My lawncare company has tried to scam me. Thank goodness I already had a great relationship with Mr B. Jones.Look no further for excellent all around water, irrigation, and well services.

Our very old irrigation well started leaking profusely today. I tried to reach several other companies before I got Brooks with Jones' Wells, Pumps, & Irrigation. He listened to my concerns, advised us what we could do while we waited to avoid possible damage and promised to come out as soon as he finished another job. He and Mason arrived within a couple hours, explained all possible options before they started repairs. They were able to fix the problem for a reasonable price. We really appreciate the excellent service and quick response!

This is the second time I have had to call them. For a completely different pump. My sprinkler pump had failed along with a few other thing were broken due to the age of the system, me or the AC techs that came out and fell on it. Called Monday they scheduled me for Wednesday same week. Which was awesome. So I knew the pump might not be good which I was prepared to get a new one. My water cut off had no handle and was rusted and bulging on the side. So they were able to fix all of it today and got my sprinkler system back up and running. With a new whole house shut off that actual has a handle and is not rusted and bulging on the side. Also stayed pretty much with in my budget as well. Had it done in about a half day. The workers were great got right to work and communicate with me anything that may not look right and had a solution for it. Top notch service from them again. Thank you.

I have no complaints about the services I received from Brooks. He was empathetic, understanding and took care of all that he could to help me when someone destroyed the pipe to my well. I recently bought a new home with a sprinkler system that wasn't up to par. Jones' Wells Pumps & Irrigation was referred to me by a friend. The friend asked Brooks to call me immediately. He did call and we set a date. When he came over we discussed my needs including a new pump, new irrigation ditches, and properly placed heads, and so on. The hurricanes messed up our initial plans, but as soon as life was back to normal, Brooks brought out his team. It took 2 days because of the amount of work, but I was so pleased. Not only with the work itself, but his team members were awesome and made sure to leave everything clean. Upon completion, Brooks came over and gave me a tutorial on how to best maintain the system, timer, etc. I was so appreciative!A few months after installation, I had a problem which I didn't know how to address. I called Brooks and he had one of his team members come over immediately and fix the issue.If I ever needs more of this kind of work, Brooks will be the one I call.

We had our irrigation system installed a little over. a year ago, and we have had to call them to fix things a few times (not their fault) and Brooks always returned my calls and came out right away to get our irrigation back up and running. We have the greenest lawn in the neighborhood. We would 100% recommend them.

I called with my emergency and Brooks Jones came out the same day, other companies were scheduling a week out. I had a pump/pipe blowout on my water softener system and had no running water in my house. He was able to diagnose, repair, and educate me about the entire system in only about an hour, in the rain. I am very thankful. I couldn't be more impressed with the response time, knowledge, and service. I will not hesitate to call them next time I have an issue.

Brooks, the owner, came by to educate us on our well water system in the house we are leasing. He provided excellent instructions on HOW the system works as well as identifying some areas that were not safe and up to code, so that we can go back to request those issues be resolved.
